Confidentiality

We understand that some of our clients would wish to have their identities to remain confidential. As such, we would not requiresuch clients to disclose their real names in their orders. However, for us to recognize your purchase(s) with us for future references or should a need arise for us to do so, we therefore seek that such clients provide at least their contact number for referencing purposes.

Payment and Shipping

Self-collect (at our convenience) or island wide courier services are made available daily.

Courier and handling fees are in accordance to current market rates (varies depending on weight, distance chargeable, peak and non-peak hours and/or days)

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

To secure each bag, full payment must be made. Reservations are only valid for 24 hours from the date and time of the official purchase orders. We accept cash and money transfers.

Returns & Refunds

Since each piece are first inspected by us before we even fly them over, all our bags are guarantee to be of the highest quality standards set by us. Clients will still be given the option to inspect and check every bag before final purchase personally when they self-collect or upon delivery by our courier.. Once the bags are accepted and signed off, they are completely entrusted to the clients i.e. we discharged all responsibilities of the bags from then on.
